I spoke with Jessica who was very pleasant over the phone and we agreed that she would clean for me on a Monday morning. She texted to confirm she was coming, but the day of texted to say she was running late. I told her to come anyway, and she texted that there was too much traffic, then she sent me a photo of my street and said there's no parking, and apologized and said she's leaving.
