About Jessica

My mother was a nurse and always encouraged me to follow suit. She thought I would be great at it. I didn't think I could do it because I thought seeing people hurt, sick, or dying would hurt my heart too much. I took care of my mother 24/7 when she went on hospice and she passed away as I held her hand and there was something about that experience that rewarded my heart so much to be that person making sure she had the best care and giving her love and comfort as she transitioned. From there I knew in my heart what it was I was meant to do. She was right. I've been doing home care now for 3 years and I couldn't imagine doing anything else. Home care should feel like home so it's important for me to build personable relationships so my clients feel safe and cared for. It's a privilege to give great care and love!
