I bring a wealth of hands-on experience, having raised two grown children of my own. I have also had the great privilege working with developmentally disabled adults for 30+ years. Through this personal experience, I have developed a deep understanding of child development, emotional support, and the importance of creating a safe, nurturing environment. I've learned how to balance patience and discipline while fostering a sense of independence and confidence. My ability to adapt to the individual needs of each client, along with my firsthand experience as a parent, makes me well-equipped to offer compassionate and effective care that supports both the emotional and physical well-being of those under my supervision.
