Jessica has been our fantastic nanny for the past 2 years! She started watching our daughter from the age of 3 month to 2.5 years. She was always on time and never missed a day. She helped our daughter establish a napping schedule and saw her through potty training. She always played with my daughter and kept her extremely active with outdoor activities and arts/crafts. She gave us thorough daily summaries and sent pictures throughout the day. Jessica has a high moral compass and we trusted her dearly with our daughter. Due to job changes we no longer required her at the time but would hire her back if situations changed again. She was a godsend to me as a first time mother.
