About Jessica

Hi, I'm Jess! I hold a Virginia teaching license and have over 10 years of experience teaching young children around the world to read, write, and speak English. I've taught in public schools and alternative schools including Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and homeschool. My educational background is in psychology and counseling and I currently work with children in the mental health field. I am passionate about early childhood development and psychology. My favorite way to spend my free time is learning new skills, and I also love yoga and walking my dog. I'm looking for one-time or recurring opportunities to nanny, provide childcare, or tutor. I have the most experience and expertise working with children ages 2-6, but I am willing to consider other opportunities.
