Hi There, I hope you and your family are staying healthy during this chaotic time. I'm doing my part to stop this pandemic: washing hands regularly, wearing a mask and social distancing. I hope you are too. I have a varied background: Executive Assistant, Construction Project Manager, Stage Manager, Summer Camp Leader/Teacher, 7th Grade Life Science Teacher and Program Manager for a 501(c)3. I started babysitting when I was 13 in Virginia with CPR and First Aid training. I use my background and training to plan and execute goals for each week. IE: creating lesson plans based on the children's curiosity and working with homework. I believe children need structure and routine which I thrive under. I am currently working on a MBA from Pepperdine University and want to find a position for the next year or longer. I'm willing to help around the house to keep it tidy and inviting. We have had a full time nanny since 2018. Some have been better than others but Jess was hands down the best one we have ever had. Jess served as our full time nanny for a full year from Sept 21 to Sept 22. She cared for our 6 and 4 year old and oversaw virtual kindergarten! She is an absolute gem. Hard working, creative, calm energy, reliable, self-starter, I cannot think of enough good things to say about her. Jess is just the best and we miss seeing her every day now that the kiddos are doing in person learning. I would highly recommend her without reservation.
