I'm passionate about my line of work because I cared for my family that's special needs and it was really important that they were very well taken care of. I wanted them to feel loved and cared for as anyone else would care for their family. I have experience with children that has ADHD, adults with Cerebral Palsy, Seizure Disorder. Some of them displayed frequent panic attacks and possessed some psychiatric problems. My experience also extends to ones that have missing limbs. Have have a personal experience of caring for a loved one that's special needs and because of it, I feel I'm more compassionate and understanding how important it is to be punctual, caring and patient.
