Jess was an amazing find! She has cared full time for our baby from 7 months to 16 months old and we couldn't have asked for better. Her two daughters (9 and 12) sometimes come with her and they are so great with our daughter; her face lights up and she squeals with delight when she sees them. Jess is warm and endlessly patient, and listens to our parenting requests. She loves to go on adventures, and frequently takes our daughter outside on neighborhood walks, to the library and park, or plays in our backyard. Jess has great instincts and a lot of child care and child raising experience. As first time parents, we were nervous about leaving our daughter with someone new at first, but after only a few days we stopped worrying and it's been a relief to know if our daughter can't be with us, that she's with someone we trust to give her the same type of care we would!
