About Jessica

Hi there! I'm a very genuine, kind, and loving 32-year-old. I'm married with no children, but I adore children; being a nanny is what I'm meant to do! I have experience with infants, toddlers, small children and teenagers. I love getting to know the children and watching them grow and develop. I am CPR certified, first aid certified, and I have passed a Livescan background check and I drive a Toyota Highlander (very safe car). My current job is with a family with a 18-month-old girl. Both parents are doctors and they have constantly changing schedules and needs. I have been able to remain flexible and be there every time that they have asked of me - even canceling dental appointments and plans with friends. I truly believe that being a nanny is a very important job and it should be a priority in my life. My previous job was for a 2 and 4-year-old. I worked from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., so I literally did everything for them. I cooked all meals, packed lunch boxes, dropped off and picked up from school, swim lessons and Taekwondo. For entertainment, we would go to parks, the library, museums, the pool, hike, and go searching for cows in the Moraga hills. My other duties included dropping off and picking up dry cleaning, doing the laundry, grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, getting dog food, cleaning windows, and picking up the husband from the airport each week. I used to be a lifeguard, so I love teaching kids how to swim, and they're in very good hands! Things I like to do in my time off include camping, hiking, reading, golfing, traveling, watching movies, and occasionally a lazy day hanging out with my husband.
