About Jessica

Hi, thanks for visiting my profile! I started working with kids when I was 12 years old. I babysat through middle school and high school, and went on to achieve an Associate's Degree in early child education. I used this degree in my roles as a preschool teacher and as a nanny to a precious 1-year-old. I like working with kids because it is rewarding to see them learn and grow. I am passionate about children being able to experience the real world away from screens and media, and I am looking for a job that allows me to get out of a home or office setting and enjoy our beautiful community (such as the parks, beaches, libraries, and museums). In my spare time, I like to go hiking on Eglin, boat on Boggy Bayou, explore the beaches and springs, and read. I have been married 12 years to my wonderful husband, and am a proud aunt to two nephews (1 and 3yrs) who are my world!
