We hired Megan initially for a couple of hours a day Tuesday through Friday (later to Monday through Friday).Her quality of cleaning and organization is excellent. We have 3 children and she was able to clean and help out with taking care of them as we became very busy with our schedules. Even though being a nanny is not in her job description she went above and beyond to help us out. After a year our circumstances changed and we needed a full-time nanny for the children and she was very open and understanding. She truly is an asset to anyone looking for a manager of a team or coming in to organize, clean, and generally help out.
