About Jessica

Hi! My name is Jessie and I just graduated with my masters in Biology with a 3. 9 GPA from SDSU! Before that I went to UCLA for my undergraduate degree where I graduated with a 3. 9 GPA. I am pursuing a career as a marine biologist, and I have a very solid knowledge foundation of natural sciences, including biology, chemistry, ecology, and environmental science. During my time in grad school I was a Teaching Assistant for 1. 5 years, where I taught undergraduate students. I'd describe my personality as positive, thoughtful, and patient. I like tutoring because I enjoy seeing others grow in their knowledge and critical thinking skills. It is very rewarding to see hard work put into studying paid off! In my spare time, I like to go to the beach, go on walks, and spend time with friends and family! One thing you should know about me is that I am reliable, dedicated, and understanding about different learning styles. My skills include critical thinking, problem solving, and patience.
