Jessica did a great job taking care of my two cats Tommy and and Nala and keeping me informed of how they were doing. I was sick when I returned from my vacation and couldn't pick them up on the date we agreed on. Jessica was so accommodating and kept Tommy and Nala for two extra days free of charge.
