About Jessica

Hi there, I am 30 years old. I have been a caretaker for 20+ years, having experience with babies and children of all ages, elderly, as well as full competency with taking care of homes including housekeeping, cooking, laundry, etc. I am a fun-loving and hardworking caretaker, with a great amount of patience in helping kids thrive by letting them figure things out as they are capable, looking to me as a safety in order to help them grow. I love to work with a mixture of play and learning, having fun while also teaching new skills. I enjoy being and playing outside with children as I feel it gives them an opportunity to explore true life lessons of falling down and getting back up. I am also self-taught and well read on human psychology and the effects of trauma and use those tools as a big advantage in letting kids express themselves as need be, while also teaching them ways to cope with those big emotions.
