Jessica was initially hired as a full-time live-in nanny to provide adult supervision to my two teenage children while I traveled for work. While her responsibilities included supervision and transportation, she went well beyond this in developing a strong relationship with my daughter that still exists today. Jessica's college degree in Human Development was evident in all of her interactions with people, and especially in bonding with my two children. She may have come to us as a nanny, but she is now considered a lifetime member of this family. Jessica often went beyond the extra mile and would cook, shop, and join my children at workouts in the gym or a hike up the mountains. She even filled in for me in my absence at Parent-Teacher Conferences for school. I would highly recommend Jessica for any position of authority where high accountability and trust were required. While we were happy to see her graduate, we were sorry to see her move on to her career work and leave our family. She knows she always has a place to land in Colorado. Sincerely, M.S.
