Hello! I'm an Adjunct Instructor at Rutgers University, I have some free time during the summer, and I'm looking to pick up some extra work. I love hanging out with kids, and I have a lot of experience teaching students who are 5 yrs and older. I'm currently a private music teacher at Octopus Music School, where I give lessons to children from ages 6-15. My time as a private teacher has really strengthened my ability to relate to kids. I also have over 7 yrs of experience as a youth orchestra conductor, where I was teaching children ages 7 - 18 in a group setting. I have some experience as a caretaker - I was a nanny to a 5-year-old during the pandemic started, and I've had babysitting gigs here and there. My biggest strength is that as a teacher, I would be helpful at tutoring your child/children if needed. I'm also great with pets.. I've lived with both dogs and cats.
