Jessica worked for me for about 2 years taking care of my children ages 14 months and 3 years. She was really great with them, reading and playing with them and giving them baths. She also did some light cleaning for me even when I had not asked her to so I would say she takes initiative and they really loved her. We only changed sitters because we moved out of state but otherwise we would still love to have her with us. I would gladly recommend Jessica to you. She is very responsible and really good with children.
