Hello and welcome to my profile! Helping people to fall in love with the world and become confident, competent, curious life-long learners is my passion. I have over 25 years of diverse teaching experience, and specialize in creating custom, nature-based educational and therapeutic experiences. As a trauma-informed educator, I weave mindfulness, holistic self-care strategies, and inquiry-based pedagogy to create fun and engaging learning opportunities and supporting non-traditional learners and their families thrive. In my current "day job," I steward a nature sanctuary where I see clients and students for private tutoring, classes and workshops (homesteading, gardening, herbalism, ecology, science, art, and nature), eco-therapy, holistic wellness counseling, and community events. I firmly believe that education should inspire, empower, and be enjoyable. I am excited to bring my expertise and skills to support your family on your learning journey!
