I hired Jessica for housekeeping after messaging back and forth and her providing a quote. We arranged a day and time for her to do the job. She messaged me and said she couldn't come she had an emergency and had to take someone to the ER. Okay, things happen! We rescheduled to a different day/time. She was a no call/no show!
