I'd describe my personality as warm, conscientious, and creative. I like working with kids because I can't think of another career where I could have such a direct impact on a child & their family. It's an honor to join a family unit, and help them raise their children. I'm looking for a job that offers a good work-life balance w/ a collaborative environment. I started working with kids in a daycare for a year, but knew I wanted to work closer with families. I have been a professional nanny for 15 years. In my spare time, I like to craft, spend time with my wife and daughter, and relax. One thing you should know about me is I am very dependable. I pride myself on my work ethic. My skills include being knowledgeable about child development, having behavior management training, and flexibility to roll with whatever the day may bring.
