About Jessica

For the past 10 years, I have worked at Camp Sunshine/Snowflake, which is an accessible day camp for children and adults with multiple disabilities. During the summer, I work with a group of 10 kids, ages 12-18, who work one to one with their assigned volunteers. I have experience working with individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, and cognitive delays. I oversee the groups, and also handle feeding, as well as changing and lifting up to 100 lbs. I also have 5+ years experience in respite care, working in home and also bringing my clients out to learn life skills such as grocery shopping and out to eat.
