I love kids, and have come back to babysitting again and again, through college and grad school, and now as a wonderful balance to my other part time job as a writer and editor. I love taking kids outside, to parks, playgrounds, libraries, and other activities. I also love reading to and with children, drawing, doing crafts, and imaginative play. I have my own car, but prefer to use the family's car for extensive child transportation. I charge $30-35/hr depending on the number and ages of children. I am one of the most experienced, professional nannies out there, and worth the price! I value great communication with parents and am very focused and dedicated to the children in my care. Jessica is fantastic and I highly recommend her. She worked for us for five years as a regular nanny. Jessica is thoughtful, warm, gentle, and creative. I would often come home to find art projects that she had done with the kids. She also took the kids to the library regularly and read to them. She is extremely reliable and punctual and I always knew I could count on her. As part of her work for us she picked up the kids from school. I have driven with her and she is a very good driver: cautious, calm, and alert.
