About Jessica

I am a previous certified special education teacher now dedicated to helping those that are both neurodivergent and neurotypical. I currently hold my bachelor's degree in special education. Upon taking a break from teaching I spent several wonderful years as a stay at home mom raising my girls that are now 9, 9 and 11, but they are off to school full-time now. While home with them I helped nearby families by watching their children when needed. During the past four years, however, I have consistently nannied for two different families but my current kiddo is off to school in August so I'm ready to help a new family. I have experience with multiples (I have my own), with taking care of more than one child at once and with managing young ones in a very close age range. I love to be outdoors and stay active, do crafts, can help prepare healthy meals and can follow several schedules at once. I believe in gentle parenting and positive behavior techniques as far as behavior management goes.
