As a caring and experienced childcare provider with nine plus years of experience, I am passionate about nurturing the well-being and development of children. My journey into childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my natural ability to connect with children and create a safe and stimulating environment for them to thrive. My patient, calm, and friendly nature allows me to build strong relationships with children and their families. I believe in open communication and regularly update parents about their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, depending on their preference. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead and work closely with them to maintain a consistent and nurturing environment for the children in my care. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning and development.
