Collaborating in day-to-day planning/development of patient programming and implementation of patient programs. This can include bathing, shaving, washing hands, styling hair, using the bathroom, dressing, etc. Perform household chores on behalf of the patient such as preparing meals, making the bed, tidying up the bedroom, doing laundry, dusting, sweeping, mopping, etc. Assisting with shopping, keeping a detailed financial record of all transactions. Accompanying patients on outings. Reminding patients to take medication according to their doctor's prescription. Document all progress notes, medication administration, and any other relevant information, reporting any immediate concerns.
