About Jessica

Hey! I've been working with elderly and mentally disabled adults, young and old, for almost 12 years. I have in home, nursing home, and adult family home experience. I worked with hospice for approximately 2 years as well. I had my CNA license for 4 years. It expired as my current job doesn't require or count towards my license. I currently work 2 jobs part time. The first is at an adult group home with mentally disabled adults with mild to extreme mental behaviors. The other job is through IRIS with an in home elderly client. I have experience with ADLs cares, dementia, and end of life care. I'm very laid back and easy going. I've experienced a lot in a short time with people and life since becoming involved in the healthcare industry. I've experienced the ups and downs, laughed and cried with my clients and co workers. I believe in treating human beings as human beings. I'm great at communicating and voicing my opinions when needed or appropriate. I also have a 12yo son.
