Hey there! I was a Montessori teacher for ages 2-6 and before that I taught Kindergarten in Mount Pleasant. I absolutely loved my jobs teaching. I moved on from teaching in the classroom in 2020 and have a long term nanny job. I love the family I nanny for! I am looking for date night babysitting and part time morning work whether that's grocery shopping, house work or watching children (of course!) My experience ranges from infants to middle school students. I am a caring, fun, loving, and an attentive caregiver. I love to play and create, and I promise to clean up after myself :) Thanks! Every day Jessica walks in the door, she brings a bright positive energy that lights up our home. Our children (2 yo and 3 mo) absolutely ADORE her and so do we. She's been nannying for our family 5 days a week for about a year and she has been a blessing every single one of those days. She is so patient, intuitive and kind with our children. Our son is leaps and bounds ahead of his peers in reading, vocabulary, counting/ numbers, etc and we give A LOT of that credit to Jessica (a former elementary and Montessori teacher) for making learning a fun activity instead of a chore. We trust her with our children like she's family - which she pretty much is now :) And as crazy as it sounds, after a yr together, there's not a single thing we wish she did better or differently...not a single time where she left us hanging, or didn't follow through on her commitments to us. Jessica is a true gem - as a caregiver and as a person - and every family would be lucky to have her in their lives.
