About Jessica

I am an Army veteran, who is trained as a Medical Assistant currently working for a behavioral health hospital. I worked in Cardiology for nearly 5 years in Arizona and have been working in the behavioral health field for two years. I assist with my elderly grandfather, who has limited mobility and multiple health problems and also assisted with palliative and hospice care for my grandmother. I am familiar with hospice protocol, comfortable assisting with meds, conducting light housekeeping, handling meal prep, and providing minimal ADL assistance and companionship. I am trained in monitoring vitals and able to give injections as needed, and experienced in monitoring hypertension and diabetic issues. I am also a mom of an active 9 yr old and help care for my grandfather and his golden retriever as needed.
