We hired Jessica to be with my wife once a week so I can have a day off at the golf course. Wife is 83 with Alzheimer's and in total denial. Otherwise very healthy, happy at home and active. Jessica has a bright and shining personality and take initiative to find things to do or talk about. She will take her on walks, to the park or out to lunch. We discovered she is also a yoga instructor and liked her so much we hired her to come another day each week for a yoga session with me and my wife. We really need and enjoy that. Highly recommend for both caregiving companionship and yoga.
