About Jessica

Hi, I'm Jess! I have been teaching for the past 13 years and have experience in high school, middle, and elementary school. Most of my time has been spent in 4th grade, which has been a lot of fun! I have expansive experience working with students in academics of all areas, development in socio-emotional growth, and support in special education. I'm looking for a job that values individualized attention and fosters strong connections between all stakeholders. I am also looking for a job that is consistent with open, honest communication in service of what is best for the student. In my spare time, I enjoy working out (running, lifting, taking classes), reading (mystery, thriller, or romcom), hanging with friends, binging shows, exploring the city, hitting the beach, hiking, and have recently taken up boxing. I love to stay active and love to live life to the fullest.
