Jess was an absolute blessing to our family. She cared for our twin boys, both of whom have special needs, with so much patience, compassion, and dedication. One of our sons has cerebral palsy, and the other had underdeveloped lungs and developmental delays, but Jess handled their unique challenges with ease. She was not only attentive to their medical and emotional needs but also helped them grow and gain confidence through structured activities and daily routines. Beyond her exceptional childcare skills, she became like family to us. She’s reliable, trustworthy, and always going the extra mile.
