Hired her and she seemed nice. The first couple days she was decent. Then out of the blue she didn't show up. I called and texted her couple times. Her phone went straight to voicemail. Turns out she just blocked me out of the blue. She didn't give no indication she wasn't going to show up at all. I had a relative call her to check if she blocked me. And she actually answered the phone call my relative told her who he was and asked why she didn't show up for work she just hung up. All she had to do is text me the evening before or morning of and said she was unable to make it. But no she didn't give no warning no nothing. Just blocked me and didn't show up to work. Then the very next day she texted me saying she was coming that day. I was very alarmed at her audacity. I told her not to come. She is very sketchy she uses different names. I would not trust her with a loved one who can't remember or say if they been hurt. Especially elderly people with dementia. All Jessica had to do was send me a 10 second text message. That's all but no she just blocked me. She also has 2 different accounts on here as well. She also has another review from another family saying the same thing I experienced. I have no idea why blocks people who need help with loved ones. Like don't accept the job if you don't want to show up
