About Jessica

I've been in childcare for about 2 years now. I'm a Health Science graduate currently pursuing graduate school for occupational therapy in the pediatric field. With two years of experience as an early intervention therapy assistant, with privilege of working with children aged months to 17 years old, creating a safe & nurturing space where they can grow & thrive. I'm naturally calm & patient, which helps me connect with kids in a way that feels comfortable and supportive. I'm passionate about child development & believe in making learning both engaging and fun. Whether through outdoor play, board games, or hands-on activities, I love finding creative ways to support each child's unique needs. I also value open & honest communication with parents, keeping them informed & involved every step of the way. Structure is important, but so is warmth, & I strive to balance both-ensuring that every child in my care feels safe, encouraged, and excited to learn.
