My background includes hands-on care as well as program leadership, giving me insight into both individual support and larger care strategies. I have worked with a wide range of physical, developmental, and cognitive disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and mobility challenges. My work has included feeding assistance, mobility support, sensory integration, communication development, and collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.
