I am a senior. Jessica came to my home to help me out. She was late on day one. I paid her anyway promptly on that same day in cash. She was scheduled to come back and work again 2 days later and was late again. I left the home to go get something to eat as I am diabetic and had not food in my house. I told her that I would be right back and to call me if she needed to. While I was gone, Jessica left my home and went home. She texted me to tell me this. I was driving and never got the text. I could have got a phone call, but she didn't bother like I asked of her. She said that she hurt her back while working at my house therefore she was contacting the labor department. She said as an in home worker she is entitled to receive pay and workers compensation. She told me she is going to report me. She called me and yelled and then hung up. I am deeply disturbed by this. She broke my shower curtain rod while she was at my home and says that she is not going to pay for it to get fixed. She says I owe her for $50 of cleaning for 2 hours. I said I would take it out of the money that I owe her to get the shower curtain rods back up and replaced. She harasses me and is threatening me to call the labor board an have a vioaltion issued on me.
