About Jessica

Hello I'm Jessica! I'm currently a lead teacher in a toddler classroom of 1-year-olds but I'm looking for a nanny position to get more of the one on one child interactions and more parent interactions when the school year is up in June. I have a special needs 6-year-old and I can handle behaviors with patience and grace. I'm also taking the Love and Logic class and will be done early May and I just started reading the book "Raising a Secure Child" by Kent H. I believe that the best skill we can teach a child is emotional regulation and that helping a child earn a secure attachment style will help them navigate healthy solutions to conflict in future relationships with caregivers, friends, and romantic partners. I want to know your values and help teach your child what is important to you. I look forward to this new chapter and can't wait to meet your family!
