About Jessica

I'd describe my personality as adaptable, ambitious, and compassionate. In a job working with kids, I seek opportunities to engage with children in a nurturing and enriching manner, to establish supportive and trusting relationships with the families I work with, to promote their development and well-being, and to respond effectively to their unique preferences and characteristics. I started working with kids as soon as I could drive at 16. Now 20, I have gained four years of working with kids ages 1 - 13. In my spare time, I like to go to coffee shops, hang out with friends, and go to football games! One thing a family should know about me is that I prioritize building trusting relationships with children and parents, ensuring open communication and collaboration. My three skills consist of having a CPR certification, patience and adaptability.
