Jess is hands down the best nanny ever. We love her, our son loves her, our dog loves her (I swear our dog can sense warm/positive energy) ha ha - she is absolutely the best. She is so great to work with and has felt like a part of our family. She has watched our son since he was 2 months old all the way til he's turning 1. If you have the opportunity to hire her, I would 10000000000% recommend her. She is so loving, stays up to date on the latest parenting trends, and loves what she does. She is receptive to feedback and will care for your child as if they are her own. If you are a first time parent (like us) she will really make you feel at ease. She's never been late, she is extremely dependable - I trust her with my life. If I could give her 100 stars, I would and I could go on and on about how great Jess is. Highly recommend!
