About Jessica

As an educator I am very passionate about helping children succeed! My hope is to be able to help care for families in my free time. My experiences include Autistic support teacher, self-contained Life Skills teacher, Special Education, World and American History, teaching English abroad (Several years, 4 countries) and caring for families as a nanny/babysitter, many of which have become close friends. As of now, I am teaching middle school social studies and special education. When working with families I am comfortable with pets as well as housekeeping and meal preparation. Jessica is wonderful with our 5 month old girl. Jessica just "gets it" and has such a great natural instinct for babies and children. She is very smart and really played a lot with our daughter. She has a wonderfully calm demeanor that made me feel so comfortable. Our baby loved her! I came home to a baby who was well rested, happy and had perfectly trimmed nails (super impressive)! Jessica babysat for us regularly until we moved out of town. We miss her!!!!!
