We feel incredibly lucky to have found Jessica! She is, without a doubt, one of the best caregivers we’ve ever had for our children. Smart, kind, and endlessly creative, she brought so much joy and learning into our home every day. One of the standout qualities of Jessica is her ability to adapt to our kids’ needs. She planned out each day thoughtfully, ensuring a perfect balance of structure and flexibility. Whether it’s crafting, outdoor adventures, or educational activities, she lets the kids take the lead, always encouraging their curiosity and independence. On top of her natural talents with children, Jessica is a skilled teacher. She integrates both sign language and Spanish into daily routines, making language learning fun and interactive. It’s amazing to see how quickly our kids have picked up new words and phrases under her guidance! Her emotional intelligence is another gift. Jessica knows just how to navigate tricky emotions, offering comfort and teaching our kids how to express themselves in healthy ways. She’s patient, empathetic, and genuinely invested in their well-being. Perhaps one of her biggest accomplishments was helping our youngest with potty training. Jessica approached it with so much patience, encouragement, and consistency that our daughter was fully potty trained in no time! We couldn’t recommend Jessica more. She’s organized, fun, and has an incredible ability to turn every moment into an opportunity for growth and connection.
