I have worked for as a Doula and Personal Care Assistant for about 6 years now. I have learned and acquired many skills during this time. Many hands on medical skills, behavioral skills, communication skills and more. What I love most about this job is connecting with people and meeting them where they are. As a Doula I am able to hold space for the challenges that may arise. I am solution oriented and able to adapt and willing to adjust cares as needed. I am very passionate about learning and often learn very quickly. I have experience with dementia, brain injuries, autism, and more.
