About Jessica

I have been a Doula and a PCA for over 5 years. I have been certified for 2 years and continue to learn and expand on my knowledge and experience. I love working one on one with families and offering the support of helping hands with a compassionate approach. I am passionate about health and fitness, which is another area that I continue to learn more about. My approach with children is to give them a loving environment in which their own unique genius can shine and thrive, while maintaining and teaching healthy boundaries. I have experience with a variety of health conditions. I worked as a PCA in a variety of settings. I have also worked postpartum as a doula to help support moms with infants. To help around the house, make sure mom and baby are cared for, as well as any siblings that need some extra care while mom recovers.
