About Jessica

I am a registered and licensed occupational therapist in New York State. OT is a health profession that has a strong focus on how people function in their respective roles and how they perform desired and necessary activities. OTs promote skill development and independence and is very person-centered. Therefore, I have extensive skills and experience in providing and assisting individuals with particular needs. I have a strong passion in this profession, which ultimately contributes to my great abilities to attend to others with compassion, care, and selflessness. Previously, I have volunteered in Rochester with School of the Holy Childhood, BOCES Creekside School, Unity Hospital, and Advent House Hospice Care. I have also worked at Camp Good Days and Special Times, Happiness House, and Epilepsy-Pralid (EPI). I have had clinical experience with both pediatric and adult populations in outpatient and inpatient settings, home care, and am a Certified Stroke Rehab Specialist.
