About Jessica

Tutoring and working with kids has always come naturally to me. I find that my patient, humorous, and compassionate personality allows me to connect with all of my clients. Over the last five years I have worked with kids ages 3-16, with varying levels of needs and abilities. Including autism, down syndrome, and ADHD. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, friends, and fiancé. I am currently in college, studying psychology with a specialty in Applied Behavioral Analysis. One thing you should know about me is that I will be patient with your child, while still encouraging them to reach their potential. Most of my clients love my prize box, but I am happy to find whatever motivates your child! Why I feel I have several skills, I am most confident in my emotional intelligence, flexibility, and active listening. I will both listen to what your child says and pick up on their nonverbal communication to ensure I am meeting their needs.
