I have developed and trained staff in the areas of Positive Behavior Support Plans, the Fundamentals of Caregiving, Assistive Technology, Low Vision Rehabilitation, Person Centered Planning, and all aspects of emotional and physical supports, I place an emphasis on self directed care, power and choice, and always lead with compassion. I have served in the capacity of director of statewide programs, program manager, certified rehabilitation provider, managed state and federal contracts, and work force programs for Community Colleges. I facilitate learning opportunities that help individuals experience the highest degree of independence possible, while fostering development of emotional skill sets.
