I'm 22 years old and very responsible and upbeat. My previous childcare experience has been with a daycare style child care facility, where my responsibilities often included the care and management of 10+ children. And more recently with a family I met through Care. com, who will provide references, for the last, nearly, two years. I'm also experienced in taking care of children with special needs. I'm very experienced in helping children with autism and other special needs children. I'm very patient, caring and understanding.
