With over 14 years of experience, I was blessed with many younger cousins to whom I have gained many years of experience. I've also had the privilege of working with a local daycare helping out in rooms of all ages and with that came the opportunity to to help support families in being a reliable childcare option for them. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creative and imaginative nature, allows me to connect with children and create a fun and engaging environment. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, ensuring that they receive regular updates about their child's day and any issues that may arise. I adapt to the parents' preferred communication method, whether it be text or phone calls. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead, respecting their parenting style and expectations.
