I'm very passionate about childcare because I had a rather difficult childhood and I would only ever want the best for and child and be able to support them and understand them in ways that are different. I'd describe my personality as very strong, outgoing, and caring I like working with kids because it gives me an experience that you can't get from anyone else. It's just different, but in a great way. I started working with kids when I was in my mid teen years I babysat for a family support group organization. However I've always done very well with kids.
