As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with six years of experience, I'm passionate about creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children. My journey into caregiving began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered the joy of caring for children before going on to be a sleep away camp counselor for several summers. I'm a patient, calm, and creative individual who believes in open communication with parents to ensure the well-being and happiness of the children in my care. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules and methods of communication. My approach to childcare is centered around imaginative and educational activities, including board games and puzzles. I'm also happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping tasks. I am certified by the Red Cross in adult and pediatric CPR, AED, and first aid.
