I have accumulated nearly four years of experience in daycare centers and three years as a nanny throughout my career. Additionally, I volunteered for two years in the Sunday school ministry at a church. In my academic and professional life, I have received compliments on my resilience, hard work, and flexibility from co-workers, parents, and upper management. I apply effective communication and foster positive behavior among children. I adapt my teaching methods and materials to meet their interests, needs, and learning styles. I also focus on developing and maintaining positive relationships with kids and parents. I can assist in improving their gross motor skills as well as their character development.
